Thanks Blackrose, I am feeling good alright, but have my ups and downs! One day at a time still, hopefully as the months pass by , it will be one week, one month and so on in our journeys

Hey Rowens08 I quit the same day as you Sept 17 4:30pm cold turkey after 30 years 1 pack to 1 1/2 packs a day.good luck with your quit.

Rowens... Your post send a warmth out to every one and I enjoyed it so much, make me think back on the first time I could actually smell my dinner walking up the front porch.

Thanks Hercu, that was the first big change I noticed since I quit, my senses are back in full swing, everything food wise smells and tastes delicious, my hearing and sight also seem to be sharper too, don't know if that is a good or bad thing! Seeing and hearing too much!!
