and seeing the effects of not smoking in my pocket, usually I am down to my last few pennies a week before pay day and counting the days, no problems this month and may even treat myself to something new on my 1 month milestone! Hope everyone is doing good and has a good day....

I am so happy for you Rowens, it makes my quit easier as well, the fact that all of us are doing so good. We stick together and we'll make it together
