Had a really nasty summer cold bug so been feeling sorry for myself this week, back to normal now and still smoke free. Enjoying Father's Day in the sun today with my hubbie, son and baby grandson. It's a bit hot though nearly 90 deg going to be a long hot summer this year.

Glad to see you doing well x summer colds are everywhere here and my throat has been bad but not as bad as if I was smoking eh x enjoy the long hot summer. It's been nice here last couple of days but I guess it won't last 😟
