Day 6 and actually feeling ok. I am eating and drinking loads and still counting off the hours but the cravings are definitely getting more manageable.

Hi Fordy, well done on 5 whole days, that first bit is hard but it get's easier.
5 days brilliant the worst is over just have to stay strong and remember NOPE not one puff ever.
Thanks Nicky. I am feeling good about myself but know that there are some really strong tests to come. I really do not want to fall off the wagon again. I was just looking at some of those who were posting on here last time I quit and thinking that if I had not been so stupid I would be in the penthouse like them now. Previously I have just looked in as a guest so I am hoping that actually posting will help to keep me strong. Seems to be working so far - fingers crossed it stays that way
And nearly a whole week, fantastic, I do so hope your quit goes from strength to strength.
