How messed up is this, I believe I got this job because I gave up cigarettes and with that came the energy to make other changes.

Ty, ha ha! My youngest son who is special has been treated to a spider plant for his room. Had massive peices of chocolate cake for tea, the cauliflower ( which was for tea ) is still sitting there all forelorn and abandoned.

Fantastic news. New you - new job! It s only day 4 for me but I feel like a new person - relaxed, happy, positive, getting on with things rather than procrastination and generally feeling great. I actually had to count the no of days I ve quit as I m that "unbothered" (is that a word?) by quitting. I swear Allen Carr s words have hypnotized me!! They worked anyway.
