Congratulations on making it through to day 3, massive achievement. Get through today and all that nasty nicotine will be gone out of your system. You may find today a bit challenging, but it will be nicotine pulling all the punches as last resort to get you back on the fags.

Deep breathing, sweets, go for a walk or whatever your posion to get through today. I know you can do it x

Well its almost 6 pm and I've made it through the day...but oH ..I need a large drink so pouring Wine..OMG ..I gave up cigarettes and became an Alcoholic.......Because I'm Bad, I'm Bad-

The vino is working have a great evening and well done on day three, your braver than me I had to go teetotal for the first couple of weeks, alcohol is a massive trigger so good on you for overcoming it early on in your quit x
