Woohoo and a new room!!!

Hi month 4 and 5 peoples!

I marked my 100th day by going to the beach and having a bag of chips with my other half, it was a really nice day out

Im weaning myself off the NRT lozenges and Im on 1 or 2 a day now. (im not meant to be having any but im finding it hard and id rather have 1 or 2 mints than a fag!)

I wish I could just nip down to the beach when I wanted to, it's too far away for that. You made me feel envious, a nice day and a bag of chips on the beach, sounds really romantic and idyllic.

As you say, a couple of lozenges a day is way, way better than smoking and you'll get off them eventually.

You're leading the way for quite a few people on here now, keep going and leaving a trail for them to follow. With that, and 101 Dalmations in mind, this is for you ...
