Why thank you. I do hope that you have the quit that you deserve. I too have to stick to NOPE if I want to beat this thing, as one puff leads yo a pack a day no prob. At the height of my addiction I was smoking 100 a day. I would need a small mortgage to afford that burn rate these days!

Thanks karri, finished the move this afternoon, did a 21 hour day moving yesterday! Now been unpacking. Painting tomorrow and then more unpacking. I have a dodgy foot so will see the doctor, if not too bad then I will be running 10 miles tomorrow as well. Sooo knackered. ..
