Going well still.. I've said on another post, throughout the day smoking doesn't even cross my mind anymore, it's such a great feeling..

No thinking "oh I've only got 3 left, where is the nearest shop"

"When can I pull over to have my next smoke"

day 16 still going strong, never been more determined about anything in my life, gym joined last Monday life is good. good luck to everyone else with their quits.
