Hi everyone, still quit but not happy about it , poorly kids, heating has broke, bad cold and pmt are all conspiring to force me to the shop for some fags...finding today very hard , someone kick me up the arse please

You'll have good and bad days for quite a while Ali, don't let it put you off, demotivate or beat you, it's all part of the quitting process that all successful quitters go through.

I had a great start and then, bang, day 10 hit me like a steam train. I battled hard that day and it would have been so easy to light up, but I made it through.

After that day I thought, if I can get through that day I can get through any day. I had similar days to that for the first 2-3 months but I knew I could beat the craves as I'd done it before. Now I'm here having not smoked for over 3 years.

It can be hard but don't beat yourself up about finding it tough.

You can do it if you stick to NOPE and believe me, eventually the craves do go.

Keep tough and keep posting
