Right, so I am going to stop tomorrow for the last time. This will be my third time in just over a year. I stopped in January for 6 months and then relapsed for 3 weeks. Then again in August for 5 months. Have been smoking this time since 27th December. Am going to write NOPE in massive letters on the kitchen notice board! Wish me luck!

Oh yes I did indeed stop 20 times a day for years, like so many we do have a couple or so of failed attempts.

I am adding of course a little discomfort, but nothing you will not be able to handle in the first few days, you know the score, did you know that 2015 is a fantastic year to quit, so post and read often.
