Well a huge welcome to the best club in England, what ever happens in you quit is normal, you will have withdrawal symptoms, after all this is a addiction, but you will get through.

Wishing you all the best for your Day One. Take it hour by hour (or second by second if necessary) and don't try to think too far ahead is my top tip. Things will seem a bit weird at first but you'll be surprised at how quickly you'll get into the swing of it. I'm cheering you on and as Tracey says, keep posting so we can share the journey with you.

Nice 1 Bubba, congrats!!!! I'm just a few days ahead of you. Did you go with the Champix in the end? First few days are the hardest in my opinion. Stay strong it's surprising how fast your body starts to adjusts.

Yeah when I quit I told myself to wait until I read what people replied to me.... and by doing that I found that it helped

Very nearly day 2 Finished!

Feeling okay bit angry at times but not to bad.

The problem I'm having mostly is all the free time and what to do with it. Before when I smoked everything was structured. Now I'm a bit lost.
