Checking In..... Day 12

Evening folks, nothing much to say but I stopped by so just thought I'd check in and say hello.

Day 12 for me, so far so good apart from the few bad days I've had but thanks to you folks and N.O.P.E, I pulled through.

Weather permitting hopefully out for dinner and bowls with the In-Laws tomorrow evening for my lil sis-in-law's 18th Birthday but no one smokes and as I'm doing Dry January for Cancer Research, I haven't to worry about drink bringing my guard down.
