Day 6 of quitting and I am errrr ....slightly sweaty!!
I've attempted to quit before but never experienced this. It's not particularly warm out I'm just sweating! I'm presuming it's withdrawal, as it came along around day 3? Changed 3 times yesterday!
So I'm hoping someone else experienced this! Lol

Oh good! Well not so good! But I guess it's just another way of our bodies getting rid of all the rubbish we've been putting into it! Didn't think it would do it this excessively though ha!
I hope it goes soon! There's only so much deodorant and perfume I can use and cool showers I can have lol
Glad your having a Better day Debbie! Your first week is nearly in the bag and I'm right behind you! X
I wouldn't worry too much about it Laura, when you cold turkey you'll experience a few different body reactions, it's more or less just the self repair mode of the body, your symptoms are not uncommon, I suffered a lot with mouth ulcers, you may get a few sleepless nights etc infact there quite a few odd reactions experienced by different people but it all goes eventually and you will back to normal as a non smoker.
It doesn't all happen over night it does take time, you just have to bear with it and be strong.
I also had that but I am going through menopause so assumed it was that as I have been having hot flushes and night sweats on and off for a few years now.
As Steelfixer said, there are lots of different things that different bodies go through whilst quitting and they all settle down :)
It's awful ain't it!! One day last week I prayed no one would come near me after walking up a massive hill to collect my daughter from school! Well they did! Pretty sure they were looking at my sweaty forehead and not into my dazzling eyes hahaha!
I've done a patches a few times and remember horrendous pillow soaking night sweats! My partner just doesn't know how lucky he is lol!
