Because i have been using the ecig i am currently going through withdrawal again! Lol such a silly sausage i am. Its not as intense as real cigs but its noticeable and i recognise it. I really want to be nicotine free again but im a little annoyed that i am going through this again. I know its nessersary evil. Anybody had this experience how did it pan out? Xx
Ps i have not had ONE puff on a real fag.

Fantastic Nikki- 10 months and SO close to the Penthouse now! All the more power to you because I know it hasn't been an easy ride. Huge congratulations from me.
Can't help on the e-cig withdrawal question but I would imagine the effects would be milder (and wear off much more quickly) than for 'real' fags. I'm sure someone out there can share experiences.
Hope you're soon out the other side of it anyway and once again, well done!
Hi Nicky , so close to the twinkle of the penthouse lights.
I can't comment on the e cig, however i,m sure you will manage to come off, some times it's more the apprehension that something may happen, rather than what does actually happen.
Its an odd sensation, its mildly intense but its not belly grippling awful like quitting the fags.
Obviously i enjoyed the ecig, what exsmoker wouldnt? but i began to notice that my skin looks abit washed out and my hair lost its life again, which is reasons why i gave up smoking in the first place, so i decided i looked and felt best 100% nicotine free. My treats will have to come from a slice of cake or that naughty pudding, it might make me gain a pound or two but atleast i will look and feel healthy! right now i feel and look like im malnutritioned! lol i think nicotine effects how your body takes up nutrition.
anywho....penthouse indeed soon, so i will be entering smoke and nicotine free
Hi Nikki, well done on 10 months. Have you tried the 0 nic ecig? I had a low nic one for a few weeks then 0 nic. I found it easy to ditch though as I didn't really like the shape and feel of it. Good luck going nicotine free, though at least now you don't smell of cigs
Absolutely marvellous hun, 10 months is soo amazing! I can't really add to what others have said except if the ecig stopped u having a real fag it served it's purpose well
Ets said a week and a half to feel good again I reckon you can do that standing on ur head! Well done lovely lady xx
Hello everyone thank yo all for the lovely supportive messages! I have been feeling quite rough, i think i also have the flu or something and also that horrible chronic anxiety you get when you go without.
Im cool though, im nearly hitting 72 hours so from tommorrow i think ill start feeling alot more relaxed! I am quite shocked how anxious ive been since stopping the ecig, but psychologically its been a walk in the park compared to the real thing! penthouse nicotine free is the next step
