Stupid dreams!!

For 3 nights in a row ive dreamt ive smoked and in my dream im not that bothered and woke up feeling the urge???? Is this normal??? Will I ever not be tempted? I have no intention of smoking again but I have the fear I could, I smelt fags the other day and I liked the smell still - I dont want to go back xxx

I've had similar dreams- I think most of us have at some point or other- and I think the way to deal with them is to tell yourself that whatever you feel during or immediately after the dream, it's only a dream. What's real is what you do when you're awake. Yes, sometimes you smell a freshly lit fag and it triggers some memories, but I bet you don't feel the same when you smell stale tobacco smoke do you?

You're doing wonderfully well Win, and Halfway House is looming large in front of you. One thing you are not going to do under any circumstances is to give in now I am certain of it.

Thank you Im the same, I dont detest the smell of fags at all and yes if they didnt kill you or cost so much id have never quit xxx Im so glad people arent allowed to smoke indoors though or id have no chance lol xxx
