Well, if the weather is nice as it's meant to be Monday I will be trying to get my pins brown I also plan on taking the tin lids to the cinema and visiting some friends I haven't seen in a while, I have a tough day on the 29th where I will be saying goodbye to an absolutely wonderful lady but I will celebrate her life and try not to be sad anymore xxxxx oh and guard well and truly up mate

I have bored my friends senseless with my Facebook no smoking diary up dates, reminding myself of the positives, high lighting any triggers, rage or just madness ramblings. Giving them a break and only posting once a week there now but nice to get their support as well as yours on here, so thanks quit buddies.
