Up to day around 5ish quite the norm for me. Day one of lowest strength patch. Dizzy dizzy dizzy, gosh so strange. Got my little bud coming today, so not to sure how long I,m going to feel like some sort of alien for.

Actually, Tracey, there are people who would pay good money for that experience! 
(In all seriousness, try not to worry about it too much. I think you've got yourself a bit stressed about the change in patch strength and it may be manifesting itself psychologically as much as physically. Give it a day or two and things will settle down I am sure. Have a hug from me. :))
