Such a beautiful morning - couldn't resist dusting off my road bike and hitting the road.

Haven't been out much this year as I don't have a boat

What a difference *checks phone app* 128 days not smoking has made to my fitness.

Much faster overall but more importantly my heart rate has reduced dramatically when climbing those hills in sunny Hampshire.

The other benefit of course is maintaining or controlling the weight gain.

Not to mention the £1143.00 that is going towards a beach holiday

I walk (hill walking as well as over the downs locally) and have really noticed the difference not smoking makes too.
