pic4ever.com/images/greenst... Congratulations pic4ever.com/images/greenst...

It's all a gentle downhill stroll to the Penthouse for us now  I too usually eat my own weight on food on a daily basis, my excuse is it tasted soooo good now :o Just think, when you do decide to tackle the eating it will be a doddle compared to the fags ;) Keep up the fantastic work :)

Sorry to hear you still feel a bit irritable 6 months down the line but congrats on getting there and still winning :)

Jockey ;) you superstar!

I don't post much anymore, the forum has moved on and left me behind, but I'm thrilled to see you've got a sticky quit :D

Keep on keeping on, down the yellow quit road

thanks all :)

:) many thanks for all your great replies, I can see you are all doing well too so Congrats to you all. My dad is back in hospital after a nasty fall, had to go to Norfolk to see him and i was upset. He won't be coming home as he has lost his mobility to and balance. Always remember that whatever happens in your life having a fag will not change anything, and i never did have a fag and will not and am totally pleased with that.
