I am beginning to think that the LindyLoo "sing at the top of your voice" quit method has some validity

The Abba spectacular I went to required a high degee of vocal particpation (ha ha ha thats screeching at the top of your voice :D) and wiggling, and turned out to be a real hoot! (Once the full cheesiness of the event was understood and accepted :p)

So today I had a meal out, a bit of a sing and shared a bottle of wine with sis, all without even thinking about smoking :cool:

Well I was thinking that I wasn't thinking about smoking

Many many many thanks to you all for the support yesterday, new day and I was in a completely different place, I am so happy to be here
