Well into my 2nd month now and its going ok, still a bit of a battle but im well in control

On my way to Brighton for a 3 day get out of the rat race break, drinking, eating, shopping, drinking, eating , sightseeing.

Don't think I missed anything out:D:D

Make sure you get enough to drink! Any risk of dehydration then immediately drop the shopping bit!
