one of the things keeping me going is that I never, ever want to experience this again.

If I smoke, I inevitably will stop at some stage again and be back to square one.

Nothing else for it but to keep plodding on and it will get easier.

Well done sage...the worst is over!

You know how to deal with your craves now.....:D

Every day will slowly get better.

Congratulations Sage- a huge achievement for which you deserve an enormous pat on the back. :D

I quite agree that the thought of having to go through it all again is more than sufficient to prevent me from slipping. It's too horrible to contemplate. :)

Oh yes, by shoving ice-cream at them :D

Congratulations!! I'm on week 2 aswell. Last week was really tough but we made it!!!

Whoo-hoo. Go us!!

Did you decide if you are going to start the c25k Valsy?

Absolutely right Sage... I for one know I don't want to smoke forever so if I stumble now I will only be trying yet again there's no need for that though, we are doing it now and we are winning :)

Thank Jenny, I'll get there in the end. Love this. Reminded me of my running but can also do for smoking ;)
