Hi all. I'm trying again to stop smoking. I have stopped for 3 months at a time in past but am reaching the point I have to stop for my health. I want to stop for various reasons: financial and health reasons. I'm using patches again so fingers crossed.

Hi Kirsty, sounds like 3 months is that barrier you need to get through, mines 8 weeks, so I know what you mean, there are loads of nice folk on here so if u feel like slipping post on here first that u want a fag and wait til at least 3 people have commented before u have one, by that time the crave will have passed well that's the theory have you been on this forum before? It really is a good aid to help with quitting and I'm sure it will help you, it's nice to meet you and good luck. xx
