Actually I have been on my quit since Jan 5th, I have slipped twice, and respect for the purity, sanctity and symbolism of the penthouse has plonked me back on day one when I felt I was just parked up for a bit
WHEN I get there I will be smoke free for 365 days in a row - non negotiable condition of entry, I get it now!
I had felt this honour code was a little harsh to those of us who have "blipped" - oh what a verb that would be!
I felt, despite the plonking back, I was pretty much on track and on target. I wonder how many blips I would have allowed myself until I was a smoker again??
Today - Day 7, (or Day 33 :D) I believe for the first time I will never smoke again, not going there, ever - don't know what clicked - know I need the inhalator, and KNOW I'm not smoking again - wierd and wow in the same moment
