60 Days Today ...

Hi all

Don't get on to post very much as in the middle of changing jobs and snowed under at the moment

60 days not smoking today and into month 3 tomorrow so very very happy.

Have had a couple of craves which for some reason are always on a Friday night , but nothing that is going to ever make me smoke again.

I walked to my car tonight behind a smoker and thought - that's the first time I've thought about smoking today so what a break through.

It really is true - the longer you break the habit the less and less you think about it.

I hope it does help as I know in the early days it seems to be all you think about - but trust me it creeps up on you that light bulb moment which Igot today - blimey that's the first time I though of smoking!
