Just thought I would announce that today I complete 5 months smoke free, it has been a journey of ups and downs, lots more ups than downs and getting to the point where I hardly ever think about smoking unless I am on this forum

Trendy - I remember when ciggies were the only thing I could think of!! Soon you'll get to the stage where it gets to lunch time and it suddenly occurs to you that you haven't thought about a ciggy all morning.

You probably don't believe me, but you WILL get to that point so long as you don't smoke!
