Hi Guys

Sorry for not replying till now, been a busy busy day. All is good though and another day down. Not really had any cravings, and to be honest I'm not even thinking about smoking. Even found the OH secret fag stash and wasn't tempted. A little bit worried that this is going to be the calm before the storm and I am going to fall off the wagon in a big way, it just seems a bit too easy at the mo.

Debbieh I thought my avatar piccy was a good metaphor for my battle with the fags, I'm the kid with my head stuck in the chair, and you good fellows are trying to help me out Mind you it also reminded me of the stupid things I used to do as a kid.....
