It's amazing how quickly you notice the smell, innit?

I feel sorry for all my non-smoking friends, family and colleagues! They've had to put up with it for years :eek:

I must say Steve I was amazed how bad it smelled, its all being stored in my brain under the heading REASON'S WHY I DONT WANT TO SMOKE

Don't like to think how I smelt to non-smokers, a mix of perfume sprayed after getting out of a smoked-filled car - ugh.

Yesterday on a supermarket trip I saw all the smokers standing outside in the rain - having a puff and realised that used to be me :eek:

Doesn't bother me at all the smell of cigarettes. I can happily chat with people smoking and it's fine.

There is nothing quite as repulsive as stale smoke... Fresh smoke however is a different kettle of fish for me, hence me giving my smoking friends a bit of a wide berth at the moment

its an amazing achievement 5 days, 10 days I remember those early days and believe me you are all awesome.

The smell is still a shocker for me even now, if someone has just smoked and then talks near my face I literally heave and have to strategically move away or pretend to itch my nose so I can cover the smell a bit.

I used to think a polo and a quick spray solved the smell issue.....OMG so wrong

I don't exactly dislike the smell (though thankfully it doesn't make me crave- quite the opposite in fact) but I am amazed at how strong it it!

I honestly had no idea I smelt like that. Which is seriously mortifying when I look back on it.
