I've got exactly the same symptoms! The only difference is mine started on day 7 instead of day 2.
Apparently it's very common to get cold/flu symptoms in the early stages of a quit.
Me too. I was coughing for England for the best part of a week and it was driving me barking (literally :)) especially at night.
All those negative physical symptoms have gone now (indeed, they went by the end of the first week). It'll pass Beer- and well done to you for nearly completing Day 2
Well done on day 2 the symptoms you describe are sometimes referred to as smokers flu and are very common, they can last anything up to a few weeks, it's all perfectly normal and a sign that your body is getting rid of all the cr4p that smoking has caused, this is a good sign even if it doesn't feel like it now, keep it going you are doing well
