Cant believe I am actually on day 3, this last yr I have tried numerous times and could never get passed day 1. Feeling quite determined and proud Still feeling abit, crap its the cloudy head that's more annoying!!

Thanks Karri, I am feeling hopeful, just need to keep myself busy although I need an energy boost. Its 2pm and I have spent most of the day sat on the couch I have stayed in these last 3days so tomorrow I think I will go out and visit a friend who doesn't smoke lol.
