Just to introduce myself and say hello. I am a returning member who had some good success last year, 6 months or thereabouts and then a somewhat silly set of circumstances induced me to start smoking again. Today I start again, although I have little fear as I understand the cravings now and know they are only a passing phase, I would warrant all you first day brave people the very best, it really is not as bad as you believe it is, it's just readjustment. Incredible good luck and profound best wishes to you all. DB.
To try again.: Just to introduce myself and... - No Smoking Day

Chalk the previous quit down as a test run for this final quit. Great news about getting back on that wagon and not letting it run away from you, best decision in the world amigo. You don't need me to tell you that you can do it as i'm sure you are aware that you will indeed succeed
good work
