Day 4 and I feel ok!? I know that sounds strange but I thought this would be awful every minute of the day but it's not!! I was a pretty heavy smoker (was!) but maybe not as addicted as I thought maybe more habit than anything else. Is that possible!? Should I expect it to get worse!?
