After playing in the garden and not being able to keep up I found myself thinking is this really how I want them to remember me? Middle aged and can't play Football with them because I'm out of breath

I stopped for my children, it was the only motivation I needed, 8 and 10 years old, and they are so pleased, they hug me all the time. I asked them to write me a list of reasons why they wanted me to stop and when I was struggling I would look at one of their reasons nd that gave me the strength to go on.

For everytime I get a craving and need a reason I shall return to this thread. These are my life and I refuse to leave them early because of a stick of crap!
