After playing in the garden and not being able to keep up I found myself thinking is this really how I want them to remember me? Middle aged and can't play Football with them because I'm out of breath
Not a chance, not on my watch

I stopped for my children, it was the only motivation I needed, 8 and 10 years old, and they are so pleased, they hug me all the time. I asked them to write me a list of reasons why they wanted me to stop and when I was struggling I would look at one of their reasons nd that gave me the strength to go on.
Nothing better Jane!
You've gave me a great idea to do with my kids, get them to write me the same list
Probably not a better reason to quit and let's face it there are sooooo many of them!
Good luck and rest assured it does definitely get easier! ;):)
For everytime I get a craving and need a reason I shall return to this thread. These are my life and I refuse to leave them early because of a stick of crap!
What a lovely picture, If ever you feel wobbly, look at those beautiful little faces and draw strength from them.
It will be the best thing you can do for them and yourself.
What lucky kids to have a Dad that cares so much!!! Nice picture!! You guys look like a happy family! Good job deciding to quit!!!
