Hiya everyone. How are we all?

Well haven't been on for a while. Thought i'd check in and let you know how i'm getting on.

Surprisingly ok actually. Although the eating is getting on my nerves now. Still finding fulfillment to replace the cigs. Sick of chocolate, i can see the weight coming now, well a little but if i carry on i'll have a whole new set of health problems. And haven't really had the motivation to go out and run/excercise like i had planned before. Maybe all the rubbish ive been eating is affecting my mood.

I still feel very proud and think ive actually surprised some people by just stopping cold turkey. I also had a great day on sunday with a little family gathering outdoors with alcohol, wasn't tempted at all!!!
