Hi i'm through the first week and i feel really great. I'm going into week 2 positive and proud.
My worst time saturday evening. Since then ive been surprisingly ok, ive had several stressfull situations but the reaching for a cig has not crossed my mind 👍
I'm still chewing gum, just normal sugar free, drinking more water, going to bed a little earlier then usual and having nice long, hot relaxing baths. I'm trying not to dwell on thinking about smoking too much so nasty thoughts can stay away.
I maybe around alcohol on Friday evening as ive got a work meal to attend (not 100% sure if i will go yet or drink) i'm not sure how i'm going to be once intoxicated, its easy saying now but i'm sober! We'll see.....
But all in all very proud and a big thanks to some lovely posts xxxxx
