Well the pneumonia is finally gone and I feel great. One month on and I can smell and taste again. The downside is that my cooking doesn't taste as good as I remember it!!! Maybe the kids were right ... Perhaps I'm not a good cook!
Anyhow I am not coughing, my sinuses have cleared and my skin looks fab so for all those who are still working through the first month, hang in there!!!!
Well done to everyone on reaching a milestone today - whether it's one day, one week, one month or one year! We are all winners!

Thx for the kind words! This forum is fab and it is so nice to see so many people giving complete strangers such support!!!! It has certainly restored my faith in humanity!
My hubby and I treated ourselves to some lovely new things for our garden with the £350 saved this month - he quit the same time as me, and our e-cig bill is fairly small as I am only using 1 - 2 cartridges a week (around £3 per week cost). He is using a few more than that but he was a heavier smoker than me on the whole.
