So 21 days gone without a cigarette now. About 18 of which has been spent having chesty coughing fits. Unrelated to quitting (i think, seems to be an epidemic of it at work) but it's bugging the life out of me!
Cravings are minimal now, had a monster one last night & another tonight, usually if i'm feeling a bit down about other things. Soon vanish though, & i don't remember craving at work this week at all, which is where i usually struggle a bit.
Spent time at a mate's house last night & him & his wife smoke, i wasn't phased by it which was nice. Food definitely tastes better already, just have to be careful not to eat everything in sight!
