can't believe it's 75 days since I smoked my last cigarette. It's been a very mixed journey and thought about using NRT but after discovering the exorbitant cost of any NRT product here in Spain, decided against it. Thought about e-cigs but after reading much about them on here decided against them too, and I am so glad I didn't use anything other than CT Allen Carr and chewing gum. I did put on a few pounds but I have now rejoined Weightwatchers online and am now on my way to loosing those extra pounds. How good do I feel now? Marvellous. So much more energy, not puffing and panting, and I smell nicer too. As I am 70 years old and have been smoking since I was twenty something I think I am proof that you are never too old to quit. Getting close to being quit for 3 months now, a big milestone for me.
