Yoyo peeps hows everybody today? Hope your all well!!!

Coming to the end of day 25 soon and feeling great, had a few bumpy moments yesterday and today but for once I didnt have that urge to smoke a ciggy to help solve the problems.

Starting to see the 4 week mark and still cant believe how fast its gone in, never thought I would get this far.

Its little things like logging on here that make the difference so my advice to any new quiters is to make sure to use this forum because the folks on here are awesome

Going to bed now because im absolutely shattered
