Well nearly the end of day 3 !

I cant believe i have got through the weekend with no cigs AT ALL especially with the husband smoking at home.

Roll on day 4 i'm ready for you.

Only thing is that i have had a tension type of headache for the past few days and still quite breathless.

Wow thanks so much for all your support.

To give hubbie his due, he doesnt smoke in the house but does stand in at the kitchen door so obviously some of the smell wafts in.

BUT to be honest the horrid smell of him smoking really spurs me on, i can smell strong stale smoke on his breath, and when he comes back in the room the smell of smoke is horrible.

I really cant believe that was what i used to smell like :(

I am so determined to stop. I really hope that i can carry on

Looking forward to thursday when i have my first smoke free breath test...

Well done Mabsky, keep posting as you are doing, it will get easier and easier as time goes on, but at the same time Nutmeg's right, take it slow and let the days rack up by themselves
