Thank you all so much for the great advice and support i made it past day seven in one piece and more importantly my family did now very nearly on day 10 and still going strong! Cravings are starting to be less frequent and a lot weaker so im a bit proud of myself and loving not having the horrid smoke cloud hanging over me yay!x
