I would like to see s show of hands for those still standing and remaining smoke free for month 3.
Its a great achievement and lets show those starting out despite the statistics many people give up the weed.
So ill start the ball rolling brudders reporting in day 78 and still nicotine free.

I'm still going strong! 30 minutes into day 79 and lovin' every day that passes!!!!!!
Quitting is a bit like bungy jumping or parachuting.... Once you throw yourself over the edge and stop panicking, it's a bloody good feeling!

Day 77 for me, stood outside at work today with the smokers (not intentional, was going to my car and one of them had gossip :D), was not the slightest bit bothered, even had a flashback to that awful smoking add where the tumours appear when he takes a draw on the cigarette

That is brilliant Jane!!!
For some reason I thought you had faltered -obviously not!!!
How good does it feel to have 70/80 days + free from smokes
Thanks for the vote of confidence Max
I am probably the most stubborn person you could meet, and when I put my mind to something, I usually achieve it.
This is my first attempt at quitting, there is no doubt, whatsoever that I won't achieve it.

Day 77 for me I've given up smoking at a really stressful time in my life so if I can do it now I can do it forever - well that's the theory
Well done to all of us

A big pat on the back to everybody that has attended month 3 roll call. I will post a similar thread on month 4 when I get there and expect to see you all there to stand on parade for your next roll call.
Keep up the good work, onwards and upwards !!!!
