Been fighting the urge to smoke all day. Don't know why cos I really do not want to smoke. Maybe I was doing too well and the little demon thought he'd shout a bit today. At 17 days in there is Norway I am giving in. Hope tomorrow will be better.

For me its been a very psychological quit process. Pretending i was never a smoker helps heeps
You are doing so well definitely don't give in cant tell you how close you are to it being normal NOT to smoke and Wowser that is a much easier place to be!!

I was same around 18~20 days had a bit of a wobble hang un there it doesnt last im so glad i didnt give in..... im on day 47 now and dont give it a second thought.

Thanks everyone feeling good again now. Tomorrow is another day....and hopefully the cravings will be gone with the wind.
