I want to jump back into my quit again but probably a lame excuse I'm going to the script concert wednesday nite with the hubby, a nice wee night away so I'm planning on jumping back on the quit on Thursday. Planning to go to the local chemist and sign up for support!

Also re-reading "free yourself from smoking" to try to get myself into the right mindset cos I caved way too easy when drink was involved! After this concert I don't plan on drinking until I'm well into my quit and won't risk it!
