yeeehaaa! Ive always been so wary of drinking after my last blip! But Ive done well really, in a month, only had a few drinks 3 evenings! I normally enjoy a good drink every weekend! Not losing weight though!! I blame the cookies and cheesecakes!!

Im thinking I'll have one more week eating whatever I want.....and then the sensible eating & activities will start.

Rome wasn't built in a day eh?! x

I am eating everything in sight, if its still it getting eaten! Been a size 8 most of my life, but not any more, do I care, not a jot, cos I don't smoke and never said that before ! xx

day 7.....nearly a week.

I drank some wine last nt too and did get the crave,but didnt cave or touch e-cig so really pleased..........

I am quite stressy and worried about a certain situation and do beleive its taking my mind off the stinky fags............which is a good thing.

Anyway onwards and upwards...day 7 today....feeling....OK....
