Not just for the not smoking, but for managing to stay away from sweet sins for three weeks! My goodness! All I've wanted to eat is cake, biscuits and chocolate.
You MUST share your secrets! How are you managing to stay so healthy and not succumb to the instantly gratifying sugar rush??? :eek:

I need to take a leaf from your book after spending my evening baking scones with the kids....they just never seem keen on making fruit salad. Mind you I did make BANANA scones so does that count as healthy???..... No?... Oh 'eck! lol
:DHi all, I just have my weetabix in the morning, and then I eat fruit miday, then evening meal. I have chocolate which was given to me at xmas, but Ive just not been bothered to eat it, saying NO to myself is quite a challenge. And the amount of biscuits I have got in my cupboards also from peeps at xmas, Just still their unopened. I guess its just me being positive and the fact that if I have one biscuit il eat the whole pack. I only have sugar on my cereal, as I don't take sugar with hot drinks. Ive amazed myself really. The previous time I gave up I put on so much weight. Plenty of fruit does me and veg too
