Just wanted to drop by to say yesterday was my 8th calendar month being smoke free.

At times I do have cravings like others have said but they are easy to control and put behind you the longer it's been.

I would be celebrating my 8th month had I not fallen on my 6 month. Anyway, I'm gearing up for another quit. Gotta remember, can't ever have "just one", not ever.
