Ive been reading people's posts since I decided to quit.

it all ur lovely comments and motivational words of wisdom that I had joined this forum didn't want to join too early just in case I didnt reach day 3............ But I did so like I said its down to reading the posts that have kept me motivated.

Welcome Becky and a big virtual hug :), you've only gone and started 2013 with 17 yes 17 days away from the filthy poison!

Don't you be tempted to go backwards,this forum has many different forward gears but no reverse look forward to more posts as you hit 1 then 2 months.

My final straw come when the cigs I was addicted to had gone up yet again, what will the gov do when there is not a single smoker out there. Try and sell it as a good thing like they did many many yrs ago............I'm a non smoker n going to try n always be a non smoker
